本試驗以液體菌種作為接種源,同時以木屑菌種為對照組,比較金頂側耳的菌絲生長、出菇時間和產量。結果顯示,金頂側耳菌絲長滿木屑栽培瓶的平均時間,液體菌種為34.4天;木屑菌種為37.1天。平均出菇時間,液體菌種為26.8天;木屑菌種為27.1天。子實體生產方面,液體菌種的單瓶平均生產量為126.0 g,生物效率達57.3 %,單朵子實體的平均重量為27 g;木屑菌種則分別為116.8 g、53.1 %和23 g。由以上結果可知,液體菌種具有取代木屑菌種作為金頂側耳接種源的潛力。
Liquid spawn was used to as an inoculum for Pleurotus citrinopileatus, and compared the results of mycelium growth, primordial forming and the yield of fruiting bodies with woody spawn in this study. The average time of mycelium growth and primordial forming, average yield and biological efficiency per cultural bottle, and average mass of single fruiting body for liquid spawn were 34.4 days, 26.8 days, 126.0 g, 57.3 % and 27 g, respectively. However, the results of the same experiments for woody spawn were 37.1 days, 27.1 days, 116.8 g, 53.1 % and 23 g, respectively. From the results of this study, liquid spawn may have potential as an inoculum for the production of fruiting bodies of Pleurotus citrinopileatus.
