    Title: 熱時效處理對Sn-Zn-Ag-0.01A1-x Bi 無鉛合金顯微結構之影響

    Abstract: 本研究主要探討熱時效處理對於Sn-Zn-0.5Ag-0.01A1-xBi(x = 7.5, 10, 15和20wt%) 無鉛合金顯微結構的影響。由顯微結構分析得知,在Sn-Zn-0.5Ag-0.01A1合金中可觀察出AgZn3、針狀初晶鋅相以及錫鋅亞共晶相的基地。在Sn-Zn-0.5Ag-0.01A1合金中,隨著鉍天加量油7.5至15wt%,初晶鋅相由原本的細微針狀逐漸轉為圓桿狀。而當鉍添加量達20wt%時,初晶鋅相轉變為粗長條狀析出。在經過了120℃長時間時效後,初晶鋅相以及富鉍相有聚集且粗大化的現象。由X光分析得知,在Sn-8.55Zn-0.5Ag-0.01A1-xBi等合金中,可偵測出有Sn(200)、Sn(101)、Sn(220)、Sn(211)、Sn(301)、Zn(002)、Zn(100)、Zn(101)、AgZn3 (102)、Bi(104)、Bi(110)、Bi(006)、Bi(202)、Bi(024)和Bi(107)等繞射峰。且經過熱時效處理後,對於Sn-8.55Zn-0.5Ag-0.01A1-xBi等合金,其Zn之繞射峰會有先降後升的現象,其餘不會造成結晶性質上的改變。
