    Abstract: 本研究在探討添加銦元素對錫鋅銀鋁(Sn-8.55Zn-0.5Ag-0.05A1-xIn)無鉛銲錫合金的潤濕性質、熱性質和顯微結構之影響。以潤濕平衡法來得到Sn-Zn-0.5Ag-0.05A1-xIn等合金對Cu基材的潤濕行為,由電子顯微鏡觀察出合金的顯微結構包含AgZn3介金屬化合物、富Zn相和Sn-Zn亞共晶組織。熱性質(DSC)分析顯示出Sn-Zn-0.5Ag-0.05A1-xIn等合金隨著In含量增加,其固-液共存區由2.1增加至3.1℃範圍。固、液相線溫度範圍分別在185.5~195.2℃以及188.6~197.4℃。對Cu基材的潤濕時間及最大潤濕力分別為0.55~0.67秒及1.26~1.35mN。由潤濕實驗得到含1~7.5wt.%In的合金有較好的潤濕性質。
