The antioxidant activities of the acetone extracts of J. acutifolia flower were evaluated. The results demonstrated the significantly antioxidant potential of the extracts of J. acutifolia flower. In this study was aimed to evaluate the antioxidant activities of a topical formulation added with the acetone extracts of J. acutifolia flower. The results suggest that J. acutifolia flower may be used in topical formulation in order to proteck skin against damage caused by the free radical and reactive oxygen species and also possess abroad application in food or cosmetic industry.
