    Abstract: 新世代無線通訊關鍵零組件,以壓電薄膜為主要製程之固態微型共振器(Solidly Mounted Resonator, SMR),其具有應用頻率高、體積小、品質因素高、高功率承受得的能力、可與IC製程整合的特性,使其備受矚目。本文主要目的為針對SMR共振氣之結構,進行特性模擬,並對光傳輸規格(OC-48)2.488GHz,進行共振器設計,與振盪器設計,及其與電特性模擬。為了分析SMR,本文使用一個等效模型來獲得SMR的頻率響應、並進一不分析共振頻率、物理尺寸及阻抗等參數。
