    Abstract: 本研究主要探討在Sn-9Zn共晶合金中,添加少量元素Ti:0.1、0.3(wt%),x:0.05、0.1及 0.3(wt%) 對無鉛銲錫之微結構與潤濕性質之研究。實驗結果顯示,微結構方面:Ga元素均勻的分散在Sn基地上,隨著Ga元素添加量的增加,Sn基地逐漸擴大,且針狀的富Zn相有變粗的現象。潤濕性質方面:在三元合金中,Sn-9Zn-0.3In其濕潤力分別為0.79mN、0.82mN,與Sn-9Zn合金相近,0.81mN。添加0.05-0.3wt%Ga在Sn-9Zn-0.3Cu
    合金中,可改善銲錫合金之潤濕力,隨著Ga添加量的增加,其潤濕力分別為1.12mN、1.04Mn、0.98mN。所有銲錫合金之潤濕十間約為1.2~1.4杪,潤濕時間最短之銲錫合金為Sn-9Zn-0.1Ti-0.3Ga,1.16杪及Sn-9Zn-0.1In合金,1.22杪,比Sn-9Zn合金之潤濕時間1.38秒還短
