    Abstract: 本文針對船舶柴油主機Shaker-bore活塞冷卻系統設計,探討往復平滑面反重力盲管內熱傳現象。經由參數分析,定義控制此流場之無因次參數群。實驗研究參數範圍雷諾數(Re)、往復數(Pu)、重力Gr數(Grg)及往復Gr數(Grp)分別為3500~9300, 0.0081~0.509, 500~3500及500~5000。於靜止管中,管壁無因次壁溫隨Re2/Grg組合參數增加而增高。於往復管中,慣性力相對強度提升可提高熱傳;但亦增加無因次壁溫。視管壁區間及往復數範圍,增加往復力相對強度可提高或降低無因次壁溫;而往復浮力效應增強熱傳能力。
