Abstract:	指甲彩繪屬於人體造型藝術之一，也是現今女性追求時尚、整體造型、展現自我、呈現內心隱藏的情緒，目前普遍已經成為少女、成年女性、貴婦、名媛等日常生活經常性的消費行為，雖然指甲彩繪之流行風潮與彩繪式樣種類繁多，但是容易被整合與應用創造出多元之新穎彩繪意象圖騰。因此極容易被仿製與取代，加上門檻低、技術層次不高、投資成本低及訓練養成時間短，極容易形成師徒競爭及同質性之市場競爭，故具個人創意特色之指藝工坊是有效降低競爭力之經營模式，有鑑於此本研究利用德爾菲法及模糊邏輯理論建構一套指藝工坊之輔助決策投資模式，目的在於降低投資風險，提高指甲彩繪個人工作室之特色，有助提高指甲彩繪工坊的競爭力及永續經營的優勢。
