Abstract:	閒置空間再利用具有提昇整體社會價值之特性，因此本研究爲了建立適用於國內閒置空間再利用的空間模式，採文獻回顧與專家問卷調查法兩階段之研究方法。首先以美國建築理論家Christopher Alexander(1977)著名之作《建築模式語言》(The Pattern Language)之253個建築模式語言的研究觀點爲依據，試圖把模式語言運用於國內閒置空間中，期望從Alexander的模式裡找尋國內閒置空間可參照的模式以及空間轉換的許多可能性，並了解其模式語言如何應用於閒置空間，使空間被再利用。專家問卷調查法則爲了檢驗此模式語言是否適用於國內的閒置空間。本研究最後建立了適用於國內閒置空間的空間模式，冀希爲建築師、室內設計師與景觀規劃師於規劃、設計、變更舊有閒置空間時提供數個參考之準則，使閒置空間能完善地被民眾「再利用」。
