本研究針對2009年高雄縣大樹鄉鳳荔文化觀光季遊客，進行面對面填答問卷調查，問卷調查時間為98年5月23日（六）、24日（日）、28日（端午節）、29日（五）、30日（六）及31日（日）共計6天，獲得465份有效的樣本，並以SPSS 10.0統計軟體進行分析，結果獲得Cronbach's α 係數0.8760的高信度值，受訪者對參與遊憩體驗滿意度平均數，以「安排多元化親子活動內容」排名第一；「提供現場導覽解說及體驗性質活動」排名第二；「提供接近與體驗其它展覽展售活動」排名第三。而以「購買商品或消費時可使用信用卡」倒數第一、「主辦單位舉辦所有餐點的衛生」倒數第二。並從「安排多元化親子活動內容」與受訪遊客背景進行的交叉比對分析，遊憩體驗滿意度傾向各項最高者為：男性、18－20歲、工、高中（職）、月收入4－5萬元、住高雄縣及家庭人數2人。因素分析結果KMO值0.80及五個因素構面「活動表演」、「交管停車」、「套裝行程」、「會場標誌」及「用餐環境」。
The research used 465 questionnaires to discuss tourists' required satisfaction during the Pineapple and Litchi Cultural Tour Season in Dashu Township, Kaohsiung County from 23 to 31 May 2009 for a total of six days. The Cronbach's α value was 0.8760. The recreational experience satisfaction of tourists "Diversified content of parent-child activities" gained the first. The second was "Provide on-site tour guide and experience the nature of the activities". The third went to "Provide close to the exhibition and experience the other activities expose for sale". And substituting "the purchase of goods or consumer use of credit cards" could be the last, "the organizers have organized all the meals of health," from the bottom second. And from the "parent-child activities of a diversified content" with the background of the tourists surveyed cross-over analysis, tend to recreational experience satisfaction for the highest: 18-20-year-old men, workers, high school (grades), a monthly income of NT$4~50,000, and the family lived in Kaohsiung County, the number of 2. According to factor analysis, the KMO value was 0.80 showed the good result, and extracted 5 factors including, "activities performed", "traffic control parking", "packages", "hall mark" and "dining environment."
