    题名: Electric and temperature stability properties of low temperature sintered-PSN-PMnN-PZT ceramics and its application

    摘要: Resonant-type of power therapeutic transducer generally requires good piezoelectric material. It possesses high electromechanical coupling factor, mechanical quality factor and homogenous microstructure. Besides these properties, high temperature stability of resonant resistance and static capacitance should be also concerned. Modified piezoelectric ceramics with compositions of Pb[(Sb1/2Nb1/2)0.02(Mn1/3Nb2/3)x-(0.98-x)(ZryTi-y)]O3+0.8wt% PbO(abbreviated as PMNZT-1) (0.02≦x≦0.07) were prepared from B-oxides precursor method. Piezoelectric and dielectric properties are investigated. To transfer maximum power to load, the temperature coefficient of static capacitance and power must be considered. The suitable composition, obtained at x=0.04, possessed electromechanical properties kp=0.69, kt=0.50, Qm=1500, and ε33T/ε0=1360. In addition, the temperature coefficient of static capacitance and resonant resistance were 2200ppm/℃ and, 700ppm/℃, respectively. Furthermore, using this well-developed material to construct an 1 MHz therapeutic transducer to examine its input electrical power, we found that the degradation of input electrical power using B-oxides precursor method is less than that using conwentional method at5 maximum operating temperature 80℃. These results confirm that this material prepared by the B-oxides precursor method is good candidate for making power therapeutic transducer.
