    摘要: 本研究第一部份以找出最佳製備三相觸媒的條件,接著將利用這些三相觸楣在批示反應系統中催化醚化反應以合成正丁基苯基醚,並探討各變因對三相催化反應的影響,已獲得本系統的最佳批式反應條件。實驗結果顯示:第一部分製備的三相觸媒用於本系統中,具有良好的催化活性 。當攪拌速率超過200rpm,質傳阻力已可忽略。油、水加入順序對溴正丁烷轉化率的影響基微。觸媒用量及溫度的增加皆有利於提高反應速率,可是過高的油、水箱反應物濃度及添加鹽類皆會降低溴正丁烷轉化率;但鹽類的存在有助於主產物正丁基本機彌生成分率的提高。若以非急性正庚烷為榮繼進行反應,可獲得較佳的溴正丁烷轉化率,但主產務生成分率則較差。另外,三相觸媒需具有適當的親油性,方有較佳的催化效果。

    The optimal conditions preparing the triphase catalyst had been found in the first part of a series of studies. In the second part, the triphase catalyst was used for catalyzing the etherification reaction to synthesize n-butyl phenyl ether. This work investigates the factors influencing the triphase catalyzed to obtain the optimal reaction conditions in a batch reactor. The experimental reaults show that the triphase catalyst prepared from the first part has good catalytic activity for the reaction between n-butyl bromide and sodium phenolate. The mass transfer resistance can be neglected when the agitation speed is beyond 200rpm. The order of adding solvent has less effect on the conversion of n-butyl bromide. The increases in the amount of catalyst and temperature will enhance the reaction rate, but a higher concentration of reactant in organic or aqueous phase and the addition of sodium bromide salt lower the conversion of n-butyl bromide. However, the existence of sodium bromide the fractional yield of the main product (n-butyl-phenyl-ether). When a nonpolar solvent such as n-heptane is utilized, a higher conversion can be obtained at a sacrifice of the fractional yield of the main product. A triphase catalyst will have a higher catalytic activity when it is provided with an appropriate lipophilicity.
