    Abstract: 自從奈米科技發展以來,已經研發出許多應用奈米材料之產品,以目前商業趨勢而言, 只要商品名稱被冠上奈米,其附加價值則被大大提高,相對商品價位也提升許多,以化妝 品為例,只要添加奈米材料至化妝品中,除了提高其商品價位外,相對的也使得許多消費 者趨之若鶩瘋狂購買,然而,奈米材料在化妝品的應用還屬新科技,對於人體測試之安全 性及有效性都還沒有初步的報告被發表,甚至有許多消費著迷信奈米產品,而未考慮其安 全性,實在令人堪憂如此濫用奈米材料於化妝品中。 本研究為奈米級二氧化鈦在化妝品工業中之應用,主要針對奈米粒子對皮膚之安全性加 以探討,並討論抗紫外線之有效濃度。Since the development of nano-particles technology , have already researched and developed a lot of products apply nano-particles, as for commercial trend at present, so long as trade named endure the nano-particles on precededding, its additional value is improved greatly, improve the price of the goods too. Take cosmetics as an example, so long as add and use the nano-particles material into the cosmetics, not only improving its goods price, but auso the relative is makes a lot of consumers go after like a flock of ducks and buy crazily too. However, the application of nano-particles in cosmetics is still belongs a new science and technology. It is not all have preliminary report that the endure the application in the cosmetics of nano-particles material issue human body tests is safity and validity. Even a lot of consumption superstition the nano-particles eithin products and has not considered the safity, it ?? sreally make us worried and abuse the endure nano-particles material in the cosmetics. This work was nano-particles TiO2 of application in cosmetics industry. We studied safety of skin and effect of anti-UV with nano-particles TiO2 mainly, and discuss that resists the ultraviolet effective thickness.
