    Abstract: 對下肢被截肢患者,因為缺乏行走的支稱腳,加上肌肉的較無力,明顯影響的就是患者沒有辦法像一般正常人那樣「有效率的」展現功能性的活動。約十多年前,新 設計製造的義肢就已上市,其中有些種類特別設計改善其可屈性 (受力機構活動性 ),於是它們被定名為「可屈性」的義足。許多研究指出,可屈性的義足在受負荷作用時,腳跟及足部中段有儲存機械能的功效; 而在行走腳向地面往後踩時,會將 機械能適放出來。然而,也有一些研究指出,可屈性的義足在一些特定的狀況下,並不能提供太多的益處。這個研究中,設計一個實驗流程來觀察穿戴兩種不同義肢 對截肢步態的影響,我們將記錄平面及斜坡行走,並評估不同狀態下的生物力學差異。The effect of lower extremity amputation patients is the inability to perform functional activities as effectively as normal subjects, due to lack of one/two lower limb(s) and muscle weakness. Over the last decade, a new generation of prosthetic feet has become available. Since these types of feet include elements which are specifically designed to increase their flexibility (deformability of the load-bearing structure) they have been given the name flexible prosthetic feet. It has been suggested that flexible prosthetic feet are capable of storing energy in the heel and mid foot section when load bearing and releasing energy during the push-off phase. However, it has also been reported that flexible prosthetic feet do not provide much advantage for some specific conditions. This study describes an experimental procedure for the investigation of the effects of two different prosthetic feet on amputee gait. The amputee-gait results of level walk and incline walk were recorded, and the biomechanical differences among the different conditions were evaluated.
